PAYMENT

There is no V.A.T. to pay on NRI products.

BEFORE sending any payment, PLEASE ask us to confirm that the total cost is correct, and if you expect delivery from stock, whether all items on your order are in stock. .

For non-instrument purchases totalling £10 or more, we can accept VISA and.MASTERCARD CREDIT CARDS and VISA, MAESTRO (SWITCH) and SOLO DEBIT CARDS. With card payment,we cannot give the 5% prepayment discount in string purchases. For security purposes, the card information should be given to us by phone, fax or post, but not by e-mail. That information should include the card type, the account number (the big numbers on the card), the name and initials (as they appear on the card), the 'expire end' date, and in addition, the 'valid from' date and the issue number if on the card. On the letter or fax of an order, include the signature as it appears on the card.

We accept CHEQUES only in £ (pounds) Sterling that go through a U.K. bank PAYABLE TO Northern Renaissance Instruments (or just NRI will do fine). American customers:- please note that Travelex can be particularly convenient and inexpensive, but they only deal with businesses.

ALL PAYMENTS & BANK CHARGES for the transaction must be paid by the sender in £ Sterling. To cover the costs to us, add the following charges:-

NONE if payment is by CREDIT or DEBIT CARD

NONE if payment is by CHEQUE on a U.K. bank account.

NONE if payment is in CASH in British pounds. (PLEASE insure any cash you send).

NONE if payment is by BANK DRAFT or MONEY ORDER drawn on a British bank and posted to NRI directly. Please order it stating ‘sender to pay charges’.

NONE If payment is by a TRAVELEX Sterling draft posted to NRI directly. To obtain a draft from TRAVELEX in the U.S.A., ring 402 491 3200.

£6.00 if payment is by a Travelex draft, bank draft, money order or money transfer via the Internet directly into our bank account. Details of that account may be given on request.
